Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipment confirmation, please contact us at info@stormrootgoods.com so we can investigate.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE

For items received that are not as described in our listing or that arrive defective, we will cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible. 

Returns for defective or incorrect items must be requested within 15 days of delivery and the item must be unused and in its original condition.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or buyer's remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Stormroot Goods, LLC reserves the right to refuse returns requested after 15 days from delivery.
