At Stormroot Goods, LLC, each item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and protective for bothy you and our small business.
Made-to-Order Items
All products are printed on demand. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Accidental orders
- Preference changes
Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 15 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
To begin the process, please contact us through our Contact Page.
Please include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed and approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we can only cancel or modify orders within 12 hours of purchase.
After that time, production may have already begun and the order cannot be changed or canceled.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost packages
- If the order is returned to us, the customer must pay the reshipping cost
- If the package is not returned to us by the carrier, we cannot issue a refund
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Please contact your local carrier to file a claim
- We may request claim documentation before issuing a replacement
We rely on carrier tracking confirmation when resolving delivery disputes.
Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment confirmation and tracking does not show delivery, please contact us at: info@stormrootgoods.com
We will investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.
Clearance or Final Sale Items
Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
