Our Story
Stormroot Goods was born from a simple but powerful belief:
Every emotion you've ever felt deserves to be seen.
Not just the good ones.
Not just the pretty ones.
Not just the ones that are easy to talk about.
All of them.
The anxious ones.
The overthinking ones.
The completely burnt out, can’t get off the floor ones.
And the quietly recharging ones.

Still rooted.
Here’s what mushrooms taught us.
Beneath every forest floor exists something scientists call the mycelium network. A
vast, invisible web of fungal roots connecting tree to tree, plant to plant, life to life.
When one tree is struggling, the network feeds it.
When one plant is starving, the network finds it.
When something in the forest is suffering silently, the network already knows.
No single root does it alone.
The whole forest survives because everything beneath the surface is connected.
Scientists have started calling it the Wood Wide Web.
We call it a reminder.
Because humans work the same way.
We have our own mycelium network... the invisible threads of shared experience,
shared struggle, shared humanity that connect us all beneath the surface.

Stormroot Goods started with a mushroom.
Actually, six of them.
Six little hand-illustrated characters who each carry an emotion most of us know
intimately, but rarely see reflected back at us. Especially not on something we
wear every day.
The anxious one wrapped in their blanket.
The overthinker lost in their own head.
The overstimulated one with the world turned up too loud.
The burnt out one who just needs the floor for a minute.
The recharging one finding their way back quietly.
The growing one... small, soft, and becoming.
That’s the Emoshrooms collection.
And it’s the heart of everything we make.
Because we believe clothing isn’t just fabric.
It’s a mirror.
It’s a message.
It’s a reminder that you are not alone in what you feel.
